The United Roofing Water Control System contains four essential components that allow it to work automatically without an external power source or manually turning the unit on and off, or recharging the power source.           1) WaterDepthSensor-This highly specialized sensor relays information                to the pump allowing it to run only when water reaches a certain depth.           2) Water Pump- The pump takes its orders from the Water Depth Sensor                automatically switching the unit on, pumping away water at a rate of                625 gallons per hour.           3) Deep Cycle Battery- This 12 volt deep cycle marine battery powers                the pump only when needed.           4) External Solar Panel- The external solar panel continually charges                the Deep Cycle battery allowing the unit to be maintenance free.      The United Roofing Water Control System is housed in a Galvanized Metal Structure that protects the Water Depth Sensor, Pump and the Battery from the elements allowing you to leave the unit on your roof for extended periods of time. No maintenance is necessary.       The United Roofing Water Control System is built to withstand the elements. With its state of the art solar panel using the sun to recharge the power source, no external power or recharging is necessary. This feature allows you to leave the unit in place for extended periods of time.       It's also easy to install and move. Just attach a common 3/4" garden hose to the outlet device and position in the lowest spot on your roof. Thats it! Your standing water problems are over. Because the United Roofing Water Control System comes mounted on a flat stationary base, no drilling or bolting is required to hold the unit down.
